1. Service Nature

BeGold provides a platform for recording and playing back personal affirmations to assist in subconscious re-engineering.

2. Data Storage (No-Server Policy)

This application operates without a central server. All user-generated content, including voice recordings and settings, is stored exclusively on your local device. We cannot recover any data if the app is deleted or your device is lost.

3. Subscriptions(BeGold Premium)

BeGold offers an auto-renewable annual subscription to provide full access to all premium features, including the full affirmation library and unlimited voice ritual recordings.

Subscription Duration: 1 Year (Auto-renewable)
Free Trial: 7-day free trial for first-time users.
Price: $19.99 per year (or equivalent in your local currency).

Payment and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management and Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Usage

BeGold is designed with a "Privacy-First" architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit any Personal Identification Information (PII) or Health-related data to any external servers.

Voice Data: Audio recordings created within the app are stored exclusively on your device's local storage. We do not have access to these files, and they are never uploaded to our infrastructure.
Mental Wellness & Ritual Data: Any information regarding your affirmation rituals, completion dates, or practice duration is kept strictly on your local device via encrypted storage.

2. Permissions and Purpose

To provide its core functions, BeGold requires the following permissions, used strictly for the purposes described:

Microphone: Access is required only when you record your affirmations. The audio processing happens entirely on-device.
Notifications: Used solely to trigger the ritual reminders you have personally scheduled.
Storage/File Access: Necessary to save and play back your recorded affirmation files locally.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Sub-processors

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. However, we use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may process anonymized transaction IDs to verify your purchase status, but no personal affirmation or voice data is shared with them.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control. Deleting the app will permanently erase all locally stored affirmations and ritual history from your device.
